How does it work?

Infinitychat has no expensive phonelines but a inexpensive rate to call or chat with your personal account.

This is how you do this

Select ‘Login’ or create your personal account.If you are logged in you see in the right top corner 'tegoed'.

Step 2

Select ‘Tegoed’ to raise your balance(without credit you can not start a chat or call)

Step 3

Choose the amount (from 10 euro up) you want to raise your balance with.

Step 4

Payments can be done by Paypal or through a Dutch bankaccount with iDeal, and from a Belgium bankaccount with Bancontact.

After your payment you can see directly in your account that this is updated.

Select ‘Chatten’ to start a chat.

JYour remaining credit is always visible at the top of the page.

So you also see clearly when your credit is almost finished

You can always raise your credit through the website in your own account.

Choose the consultant en call the phone number which is mentioned on the profile card.

Enter your personal acces code.

Step 4

Press 1 if you already know who you want to talk to.

Step 5

Press the complete number of the agent(for example 0010) and you will be connected directly to the agent.

When our balance is almost empty you will hear a signal.

You can raise your credit anytime through the website whenever you want.

The remaining credit is always visible in your personal account on the top of the page.

Do you have questions where you do not find an easy answer? Try having a chat session or a call with one of our agents.

With a few clicks you have created your own profile, which is protected with a password you choose yourself. This way you know that not only your information but also your sessions are well protected.

You don't have to install or download anything. But for safety we do recommend using a well protected computer( laptop, tablet or smartphone).Also it is wise to connect with a stable and fast internet connection so you can connect with the agents without any problems.

The chat sessions

To answer your questions, the agents use different methods, each one of them has their own specialities. Most of the coaches have spiritual gifts like clairvoyance or psycic mediums and they also work with their own methods.You can think of photoreadings, cardreadings with the tarot or the lenormand decks, using a pendulum or meditations.

You cana expect from them to guide you with every step and explain to you what they may need from you or what possibly to expect..

How to start a call or chat session

Before you choose wich (spiritual) coach or medium you want to start a session with, you can find information about the consultant on their personal cards at info.. They tell about hteir specialties, their specialties or other personal things so you can see if you have this 'click' with thema and can make a choice.

If you created your own account you can see which coach is online and you can start directly through the button chat the conversation with the coach.If you prefer to make a call than you have to dial the number on the card and you will hear a menu where you can make a choice and will be guided through so you will be connected to the coach you choose.

In the interest of your own privacy and the quality of the service, the coaches can not answer al your questions but they will always explain this to you clearly.
